Replacing the window valances with full length drapery panels frames the large windows and tall ceilings. Positioning furniture in the room shows how much space there really is and adding artwork & accessories on the mantel makes the fireplace the focal point of the room.

Don't confuse buyers with empty rooms. We gave this room a purpose by adding a desk, chair, lamps, artwork, accessories and new drapery panels to make this a comfortable office.

The kitchen is more inviting when you replace the minimal window & door valances with full length drapery panels to highlight the French doors and tall ceilings. Replacing the dated chandelier, adding a table, chairs, artwork & accessories makes this a welcoming space to work and dine in.

This room has a fireplace & beautiful built-in cabinets however the empty space makes it difficult to visualize how to position furniture. We've made the fireplace the focal point and the positioning of furniture still allows for traffic flow and access to the cabinets and the door to the pool, This helps potential buyers to visualize themselves living here.

Painted walls and cabinets, cleaned and painted grout lines of the ceramic tile floors, replaced the outdated lighting and faucet and added a window treatment.
