Removed outdated wallpaper and painted all walls a neutral color. Replaced the dark, worn out carpet and
replaced the track lighting with recessed lights. The final step was to stage the room with furniture, art & accessories. |
In a master bedroom the dark carpeting was replaced with a neutral colored carpet and the walls painted.
To show off the size of the room it's staged by adding furniture, art & accessories. |

Removed the dark & worn out carpeting, replaced with a neutral color that visually opens up the space. Replaced the ceiling
fan with a chandelier and added window treatments-hung high to frame out the windows and the views to the outdoors. Walls are painted the
same neutral color as the kitchen. |

The fireplace is the focal point in this room and was enhanced by framing the windows with draperies, adding an area rug to
anchor the furniture to the space and the addition of colorful accessories, artwork and lamps warms the space to make it welcoming
and comfortable. |
