Walk-Thru Home Staging Consultation - $75.00
The walk thru includes 1 hour with a Professional Stager who has an unbiased advantage and training to determine what changes are necessary to de-clutter, de-personalize or updates that are necessary for your home to showcase the space and features. We will discuss your goals, expectations and how to achieve the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. This may include and require rearranging, adding or removing furniture, replacing outdated appliances, update lighting, faucets, flooring and making other minor repairs. This is an affordable quide for the do it-yourselfer where they write down and follow the recommendations.

Due to current market conditions, the amount of Buyers versus the Demand has created an abundance of Inventory. As a Professional Realtor, part of my job is to advise my Sellers, that not only is the price important but the condition is just as important. It is easy to overlook a great property if it is dated, in need of a little TLC or just needs some unique fluffing to make it stand out.

Walk-Thru Home Staging Consultation Including a Written Report
The written report will provide specific information on what to focus on to increase the value of the home. Prices start at $150 and are based on the # of rooms staged or the square footage of the home.

Home Staging - Occupied Home
The home is staged using the furniture the homeowner already has on hand. It may require purchasing or renting additional furniture or accessories to complete the look. We will focus on the 6 key rooms: entry, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, master & living rooms.

  • ½ Day & Full Day
  • Prices are based on the # of rooms staged or the size of home

Home Staging - Vacant Home - Furniture & Accessory Rentals
The home is staged using any furniture and accessories that the homeowner provides, purchases or rents. We will focus on the 6 key rooms: entry, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom & living room.

  • Price is based on the # of rooms and the amount of furniture used to stage the space.

Interior/Exterior Redesign - Is using what you already have to give your home a facelift that reflects your "lifestyle"

  • Half Day & Full Day
  • Prices are based on the # of rooms going through a redesign

Personal Shopping - $50/hour

  • We will work with you to create a budget and select the furniture & accessories that's needed to put the finishing touches on the home and to avoid indecision and costly mistakes.

Contracting Services For Home Organization, Repairs, Maintenance & Remodeling

  • Services provided by licensed and bonded contractors.
  • Will work with your budget and your time line.

Project Management

  • We are available to be on site when you can't. This may be to let in the painter, plumber, electrician or carpet cleaners. We provide a full range of services so you do not need to hire various repair people. We will handle the details for you.
